Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Items that have been used or damaged
Return Process
To return an item, please go to Orders page, click on return items button, and provide us the reason for your return. We will then send you a return shipping label.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method so that you can track your return package.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your return package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier and issue a refund.
